I am sure he will be back, did you hear how hesitant he was to go back to heaven? He literally is only going back to make sure the angels dont fuck around and bring their shit to earth, thats what I got from it. I am certain that Cas will be returning once there is order because he doesn't look too happy with heaven, even now.
